Data subjects have the right to information, correction, deletion, and transferability of their data. They also have the right to restrict its processing and to object to the processing of their personal data. Such objections only have future effect and do not affect previous processing.

Security Breaches
Should Level-Up detect a security breach on any of its platforms that contain personal information, it will take the required steps to assess the nature and extent of the breach to determine if any information has been compromised.
Level-Up will notify the affected parties and the Information Regulator if it has reason to believe that personal information has been compromised. Such notification will only be made if Level-Up can identify the data subject to whom the information relates.
Additionally, Level-Up will notify the Information Regulator of any breach and/or compromise to personal information in its possession and will work closely with and comply with any recommendations issued by the Information Regulator.

We may also conduct background checks as part of the hiring process. We do not keep the information once the job is closed, and all information and files will be deleted if requested or on a monthly basis.
