POPIA requires Level-Up to adequately protect the personal information it holds and to avoid unauthorized access and use of personal information. Level-Up regularly reviews its processes to ensure personal information is secure.

Data subjects have the right to information, correction, deletion, and transferability of their data. They also have the right to restrict its processing and to object to the processing of their personal data. Such objections only have future effect and do not affect previous processing.

Security Breaches

Should Level-Up detect a security breach on any of its platforms that contain personal information, it will take the required steps to assess the nature and extent of the breach to determine if any information has been compromised.
